Affordable Dental in the Community

National Tree Planting Day

30 July 2023

At Affordable Implants and Dentures, we understand the significance of giving back to the community. That's why we were thrilled to be a part of the 'City of Parramatta National Tree Day Event' this year. Our commitment to contributing to a healthier environment aligns perfectly with our dedication to oral health, as both are essential for the overall well-being of our community.

The goal of the 2023 City of Parramatta National Tree Day event was an ambitious one: to plant a staggering 10,000 native seedlings along the creek line at 71 Ulm Street. This endeavor was an extension of our ongoing multi-year rehabilitation and revegetation project at this site. What makes this initiative particularly crucial is its impact on the Sydney Turpentine Ironbark Forest Community, a habitat that's critically endangered. With a mere 0.5% of its original extent remaining intact, preserving and restoring this ecosystem is a race against time.

Our team at Affordable Implants and Dentures took immense pride in contributing our time, effort, and enthusiasm to the City of Parramatta National Tree Day Event. Just as we strive to restore smiles through our dental services, we were excited to participate in restoring the environment and creating a healthier habitat for our native wildlife. As we continue our journey of serving the community, we're reminded that our responsibility extends beyond dental health; it encompasses the well-being of the environment we all share.
