Payment for treatment must be made in full prior to commencement of treatment.
Missed or broken appointments will be charged for at the rate of $100.00 per hour unless 48 hours’ notice is given.
Any social media platform offers have no end date, as required by AHPRA (Dental Board) regulations. Our clinic reserves the right to increase fees for certain services 30 days after an offer has been removed from social media.
How Price Match Guarantee Works
- Price Beat Guarantee applies to all Sydney dental clinics available to the Australian general public
- Competitor quote must be presented at the start of your consultation
- Price will only be beaten on a product available to the general public from a Sydney dental clinic registered within Australia.
- All prices must be in Australian dollars and issued genuinely by the dental clinic. (ABN or ACN must be displayed on quotation)
- If you find a cheaper price, you must provide a full copy of the competition on a business headed paper, which must include the dental booking reference (procedure). Quote must contain matching dental procedure description, dates, full price breakdown including all fees and charges. The full supplier and practice terms and conditions must be displayed and must all be like our Clinic quote in order to beat the quote.
- The quote needs to be presented to our Clinic within 48hours preferably on the same day as the quote was created by the competition. The full-payment date, or quote deadline must be displayed on the quote, including date and time, which must not have passed. Online quotes must have the current date displayed on the payment screenshot. The Price Match Guarantee will be valid against the initial competitor quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing price negotiation.
- Email requests cannot be accepted unless following a phone or clinical visit enquiry.
- For telephone enquiries you can email the quote to our Clinic following your phone call.
- Where we believe there is an incorrect fee displayed by a competitor or that the price offered is no longer available, we have 1 full business day to investigate the pricing. If at this point, we prove the price to be invalid/incorrect or unavailable, the best Clinic price will be offered.
- If a genuine quote is presented that meets our price beat terms and conditions and we cannot match or beat it. We will provide the best possible price our Clinic can offer alongside $100 redeemable dental credit.
- Dental Credit cannot be used on promotional products.
- Price Beat Guarantee is not applicable to any last-minute offers or specials
- Full payment must be made at the time of the price beat guarantee
- Bookings, amendment and cancellation conditions will apply as per our Clinic terms and conditions.

- When you choose to use anyone of these payment systems you enter into a financial agreement directly with the respective payment provider. Our Clinic is not responsible for any financial arrangements, fees, interest rates, or penalties imposed by these providers.
Credit Approval:
- Some payment options, such as Afterpay, may involve a credit approval process. Approval or denial of credit is solely at the discretion of the payment provider, and our Clinic does not have control over this decision.
Payment Plans and Schedules:
- Payment plans and schedules are determined by the respective providers. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with their terms and ensure compliance with agreed-upon payment schedules.
Fees and Charges:
- You are responsible for understanding and complying with any fees, charges, or interest rates associated with the selected payment option. Our Clinic is not liable for any additional costs imposed by the payment providers.
- Access my Super Third-party Processing:
- Access my Super assists in facilitating the application process for Early Release of Superannuation for dental treatments. Any decisions related to the approval or denial of the release of superannuation funds are made by the relevant authorities and not our Clinic.
- By choosing any of the mentioned payment options, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set. It is recommended that you review the terms and conditions of each payment provider before proceeding with any transactions. Our Clinic reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
Online Bookings
Pre-Payment Deposit for Dental Appointments
1. Acceptance of Terms By making an online deposit for your dental appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Purpose of Deposit The deposit secures your dental appointment and demonstrates your commitment to attending. It will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
3. Amount of Deposit The required deposit amount is $50.00.
4. Payment Method Deposits must be paid online via the payment methods available on our online booking platform. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Cancellation Policy 5.1 Cancellation by the Patient
- If you need to cancel your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with sufficient notice will result in a refund of your deposit or the option to apply it to a rescheduled appointment.
- Late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
5.2 Cancellation by the Clinic
- If the clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment date, based on your preference.
6. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds for deposits will only be issued in accordance with the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined above.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Non-Transferability Deposits are non-transferable and may only be used for the specific patient and appointment for which they were originally made.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions The clinic reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or booking platform.
